PRICE INCLUDES:
USA TRIPS: include airfare (Trip A only), tour bus (Trips A&B), lodging, food(except lunch), entrance fees, local travel. Not included: souvenirs, bag fees, snacks, extra curricular activities beyond the trip program.
RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM:
All participants are required to submit a notarized RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM to participate in any Global Quest Inc. or Classicaltrips.org trip or activity.

REFUNDS:
Trip Cancellations at least 21 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air and hotel deposits) for 12 months to apply to another Global Quest trip.

We will do our best to maintain trip deadlines and scheduling. We have years of experience doing so. but the reality is . . . things happen, world crises develop, and moving a group of people is like herding cats.
OUR REQUEST: Be flexible. Stay in peace. Don't lose your joy. God will make a way!
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Remember trip payment dates are:
TRIP A - $1860 (full trip)
Deposit - $60 due asap to hold your place
1st payment - $400 due August 15, 2017
2nd payment - $900 due Sept 15, 2017
3rd payment - $500 due Oct 5, 2017
TRIP B - $1485 (no air)
Deposit - $60 due asap to hold your place
1st payment - $400 due August 15, 2017
2nd payment - $700 due Sept 15, 2017
3rd payment - $325 due Oct 5, 2017
TRIP C - $1260 (no air or bus)
Deposit - $60 due asap to hold your place
1st payment - $400 due August 15, 2017
2nd payment - $500 due Sept 15, 2017
3rd payment - $300 due Oct 5, 2017

Trip C - $1260 (no airfare, no bus)
Payments can be made by Credit/Debit or Check. If the transaction is a Donation, put the appropriate information in the MEMO line of the check or in the Message portion of the Credit/Debit transaction with Square.
NOTE: Every effort has been made to keep trip costs as low as possible. Therefore, additional expenses incurred through Credit/Debit processing fees of 2.9% are passed on to you. Payment by CHECK does NOT incur additional charges. At CHECKOUT, process fees are listed as TAX, though they are not actually a tax.
Example:
Trip cost (paid by CHECK) = $1860
Trip cost (paid by CREDIT) = $1911
NOTE: You will have the option to leave a message or provide specific instructions for the payment through Square after proceeding to the payment site.
