TRIP OPTIONS:

If you need to change trip schedule or activities separate from the group, give us a call.  We'll try to work with you.  Any additional expenses incurred will be added to your trip costs.

 

PRICE INCLUDES:

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: include airfare, food, lodging, visas, local travel, group entrance fees, etc.  Most everything but souvenirs, passport fees, and extra curricular activites.

USA TRIPS: include airfare, lodging,food(except lunch), entrance fees, bus or van travel. Not included: souvenirs, baggage fees, extra curricular activites.

 

DON'T FORGET:

Passport required for International travel. We handle International visas (when required).

 

DONATIONS VS PAYMENTS:

PAYMENT: money you pay for your own trip designated as REFUNDABLE. You retain control of the money and may be able to get a partial refund if you do not go on the trip, if it's not already been spent on air tickets, hotel deposits, etc (see REFUNDS below). Unless designated specifically at the time of payment, all monies received are considered DONATIONS towards Project expenses.

 

DONATION(according to the IRS): you "lose control" of the money you donate. Therefore, it is non-refundable if the participant does not go on the trip. Rather than "designated" towards a specific individual, the money goes towards the specific project expenses.

 

EXAMPLE: if Aunt Sally sends Billy Bob a check payable to Global Quest, and Billy Bob submits the money to us, we will apply it to Billy Bob's trip. If Aunt Sally makes a donation via PayPal or Square and puts "Billy Bobs" name in the Memo or Note portion, we will apply the monies towards Billy Bob's trip for this project. If Billy Bob doesn't go on the trip, Aunt Sally does not get her money back nor does Billy Bob.

 

RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM:

All participants are required to submit a notarized RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM to participate in any Global Quest trip or activity.Click here to download the PDF form.

 

REFUNDS:

Trip Cancellations at least 15 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air and hotel deposits) for 12 months to apply to another Global Quest trip.
